Key Responsibilities\n

• Engaging in initial consultations to evaluate the mental, emotional, and behavioral health of clients via detailed preliminary interviews.

• Documenting clients' cases thoroughly throughout their treatment journey, ensuring accurate records from the first appointment to the conclusion of therapy.

• Developing personalized intervention and recovery plans for individuals or groups, addressing their unique mental health needs and goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, using evidence-based methodologies to promote engagement and healing.

• Monitoring and assessing client progress regularly, adapting treatment strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, such as social workers, physicians, and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials.
