We’re seeking a General Litigation Defense Attorney with expertise in defending civil and commercial matters who is eager to deliver exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance. Responsibilities Defend clients in general litigation cases including civil and commercial cases from inception through resolution or trial. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and prepare case strategy. Conduct depositions, hearings, and legal research while advising clients on risk exposure and potential outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior attorneys to ensure excellence across deliverables. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the Pennsylvania Bar required. 5+ years of experience handling general litigation defense. Strong knowledge of court procedures, discovery practice, and trial preparation. Ability to take a case and run with it on your own.
