Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each child and develop tailored intervention strategies.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with family priorities and child development goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of implemented strategies, adjusting as necessary to achieve the best developmental results for the child.

• Provide and facilitate continuous support to families, equipping them with knowledge and strategies to promote their child's growth across physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to create engaging and educational experiences for children and their families.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding social work practices and child development services.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with families and children, fostering a trusting and nurturing environment that promotes positive learning experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets children under the age of three who are experiencing delays or disabilities. Your work will directly impact their developmental journey, providing families with essential resources and support to navigate early intervention services effectively. As an LISW, you will be instrumental in ensuring these families receive holistic, informed care tailored to their child's individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• A valid license from the Department of Public Health to practice as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
