- Base salary gives you stability while you build andexpand your territory.
- Based on prior-year sales performance, commissionearnings have ranged from approximately $41,000 to $90,000+ annually for established activity levels.
- Average annual commission earnings have been around $59,000 ,with higher upside for consistent producers.
- As your referral sources mature, your book of businesscan continue to compound year over year.
- Strong performers have the ability to reach totalannual earnings in the $140K to $180K+ range through consistentfield activity and conversion.
- You represent a 32-year established provider with credibility across the Twin Cities.
- You are not just maintaining accounts, you are expectedto prospect, open doors, and create new referral flow .
- You will have strong support from intake, clinicalleadership, and operations to help convert referrals smoothly.
- You will compete in the market against providers suchas Allina Home Care, Fairview Home Care, Interim HealthCare, BrightStarCare, and other local home health providers.
- Many competitor postings talk broadly about"relationship building," but this role is built around measurableactivity, referral growth, and admissions .
- Prospecting new referral sources through daily fieldvisits, cold outreach, drop-ins, and local networking.
- Building trusted relationships with discharge planners,case managers, physicians, social workers, and facility leadership.
- Educating referral partners on home health eligibility,service lines, clinical responsiveness, and transition support.
- Creating warm handoffs for patients and families whoneed skilled services after discharge.
- Partnering with intake and clinical teams to removebarriers and improve referral-to-admission conversion.
- Logging activity, tracking pipeline movement, and usingdata to improve territory performance.
- Staying ahead of competitors by being more responsive,more visible, and more consistent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relatedfield is required.
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, DME, home health,hospice, or directly related healthcare sales experience stronglypreferred.
- Proven hunter mentality with examples of cold leadsconverted into active referral accounts.
- Ability to speak clearly about production, includingtouchpoints, referral volume, conversion rates, and revenue or admissionoutcomes.
- Strong comfort level calling on hospitals, SNFs, TCUs,clinics, and long-term care communities.
- Professional presence, strong follow-up, and confidenceinfluencing clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel dailythroughout the territory.
