Brief Summary of Work for this Position
The Executive Assistant coordinates day-to-day activities that support the operations and strategy for the Office of Academic Affairs and specifically Administration and Resource Management as well as the Provost Office. This includes providing coordination and support to various AA initiatives across the division as well as direct administrative support of the Associate Provost of Administration and Resource Management. This position must be able to maintain positive relationships with campus partners and stakeholders to ensure initiatives continue to progress in a timely manner. In support of the entire Office of the Provost, this position coordinates executive level searches, plans and executes events, maintains office supply inventory, and supports facilities related requests for the suite. This position interacts with a wide variety of academic and campus leaders. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency and three years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or Associate's degree in secretarial science, business administration, or a related discipline and one year of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
