We’re a dynamic, growing professional services firm headquartered in the northern suburbs of Chicago. We’re looking for a high-impact HR leader who’s ready to build a championship team from the inside out.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Playbook: Design and implement forward-thinking HR strategies that drive team performance, retention, and culture.
- Recruit Top Talent: Scout and secure A+ talent across all departments.
- Coach & Develop: Champion leadership development, career growth programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- Culture Catalyst: Be the driving force behind our energetic culture.
- Compliance & Strategy: Ensure we stay in bounds with all employment laws and best practices, while driving continuous improvement across HR operations.
- Employee Experience MVP: Manage employee engagement, recognition programs, and internal communication strategies that keep morale sky-high.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth or high-energy industries like sports, entertainment, or startups.
- Proven leadership and team-building chops.
- Deep knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and talent acquisition strategy.
- A passion for culture, people, and performance.
