Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy services via telehealth and, when necessary, in-person sessions, modifying approaches based on individual client needs.

• Supervise interns and trainees, ensuring that they complete all necessary documentation to meet both university and BWC requirements.
\n
• Organize and facilitate training workshops for interns, enhancing their understanding of federal, state, and county compliance standards.
\n
• Maintain thorough, accurate records and documentation for each intern, ensuring adherence to audit requirements.
\n
• Participate actively in evaluating intern performance, addressing retention and corrective actions as necessary.
\n
• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments, ensuring alignment with programmatic outcomes and clinical objectives.
\n
• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and school site contacts to provide support and address any challenges related to intern assignments.
\n
• Engage in continuous quality improvement evaluation of documentation and records to uphold agency standards.
\n
• Complete detailed reports as requested by the Director, contributing to the organization’s operational effectiveness.
\n
• Ensure prompt and precise data entry within the client management system AWARDS, enhancing our service continuity.
\n
• Offer clinical consultations for clients in both crisis and non-crisis situations, ensuring timely interventions.
\n
• Maintain a professional and organized workspace, promptly reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
\n
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical program objectives, policies, and procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families addressing various emotional and social challenges. You will employ evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a compassionate and effective therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is a must.

• Proficiency in telehealth practices; prior experience in remote service delivery is an asset.

• Reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless virtual sessions.
\n
• Must be currently residing in the United States.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience managing and supervising interns in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly AWARDS.

• Demonstrated ability to provide effective crisis intervention and management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
