Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and potential resources for support.

• Implement evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, leveraging therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized, client-centered treatment plans outlining achievable goals and necessary therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to ensure a coordinated approach to each client’s mental health care.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed, including the formulation of safety plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at building community support and understanding among students.

• Maintain thorough documentation of assessment processes, treatment plans, and ongoing progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
