The successful candidate will work in a fully remote environment, utilizing telehealth methodologies to provide essential support to our clients in the detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), recognizing unique needs and goals of families and clients.

• Monitor client outcomes while collaborating with families and team members to enhance the treatment process.
\n
• Provide direct support to families, delivering evidence-based strategies that improve child development and family dynamics.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies to engage clients effectively.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and organizational standards to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on children in early intervention, particularly those with developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will significantly impact these children’s lives, providing them with essential support during their formative years. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
