We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. This role works across multiple areas of marketing to help strengthen brand awareness, support customer acquisition efforts, and contribute to the successful delivery of ongoing campaigns.

The Marketing Specialist will coordinate marketing activities, monitor campaign performance, and work with internal teams to ensure initiatives are executed effectively. This position is well suited for someone who combines strong communication and organizational skills with an interest in campaign strategy and performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  
• Support campaign planning, scheduling, and implementation
  
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, messaging, and campaign resources
  
• Monitor campaign activity and help evaluate performance against established objectives
  
• Track results and maintain organized marketing reports and campaign documentation
  
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support marketing decisions
  
• Identify trends and insights that may help improve future campaigns
  
• Support brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives
  
• Coordinate marketing activities across multiple projects and priorities
  
• Collaborate with sales, events, customer service, and operations teams on marketing initiatives
  
• Help maintain consistency in company messaging and brand presentation
  
• Assist with promotional events and other customer-facing marketing activities
  
• Provide recommendations for improving campaign execution and engagement
  
• Support new marketing programs and special projects as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
  
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  
• Analytical mindset with an interest in marketing performance and results
  
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  
• Ability to learn new marketing tools, processes, and concepts
  
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, promotions, events, sales support, or a related area is preferred
