Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant NEW

The TemporaryBilingualAdministrative Assistant will report directly to the EECLawrenceRegional Director. They will serve as the primary coverage or back up coverage for theOffice SupportSpecialistin the office.On days that theOfficeSupportSpecialistis in the office, the TemporaryBilingualAdministrative Assistant will serve as the primary front desk coverage.TheOffice SupportSpecialistwill cover breaks for the TemporaryBilingualAdministrative Assistant. Detailed Statement of Duties and Responsibilities: Performs receptionist responsibilities including: Greets callers warmly andascertainreason for calling Answers inquiries and provides routine information including necessary information for referrals to other internal and external units Greets visitors at the regional office and ensuresappropriate personnelare notified Performs general clerical functions to support the regional office including: Handling all incoming and outgoing mailand distributing incoming mail toappropriate personnel Maintaining familiarity with office equipment and points of contact foradditionalsupport Maintainingappropriate stockof office supplies Coordinating the use of meeting space for trainings and meetings Manage conference room calendars Set-up and break-down rooms before and after meetings Other duties as assigned Required Qualification: Fluentin oral and written Spanishand English Preferred Qualifications Excellent customer support and service skills Ability to follow written and oral instructions Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information and to exercise sound judgment Strong attention to detail and organization Ability tomaintainaccuraterecords Comfort in learning and working within IT systems Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of the organization of state government Ability to multi-task #J-18808-Ljbffr Dutech Systems
