The Human Resources Director serves as the senior workforce management leader responsible for the strategic planning, recruitment, retention, onboarding, workforce readiness, employee engagement, and personnel lifecycle management of a globally distributed workforce supporting mission-critical federal programs.U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance.
