What You’ll Do

• Provide quality pediatric care in a family medicine department for patients aged from infants to adolescents
• Support staff: 1:1 ratio with clinical MA, LPN, or RN
• Conduct standard pediatric clinic procedures, including circumcisions
• Attend deliveries and C-sections during 24-hour call shifts when applicable
• Manage 15–20 patients per day in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the team to support patient care and safety during assigned shifts

What You Need

Required:

• MD or DO license in Wisconsin
• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• PALS and NRP certifications
• Willing to support both clinic and delivery coverage during call shifts

Preferred:

• Prior pediatric clinical experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
