• Shift: 8-hour daytime clinic with 24-hour call (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) plus 24-hour call-only shifts (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours + call
• Employment Type: Contract (26 weeks) with potential extension
• License/Certifications: WI Medical License, PALS, NRP required, Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Experience: Minimum TBD, relevant pediatric experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide pediatric care to a diverse patient population, including well-child visits, sick visits, and routine procedures such as circumcisions
• Support a patient load of 15-20 patients per day in a clinical setting
• Attend deliveries and C-sections during 24-hour call shifts as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including clinical staff in a family medicine department
• Follow established protocols utilizing Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Provide coverage during scheduled shifts and on-call hours, supporting hospital deliveries and pediatric emergencies

What You Need

• Valid State of Wisconsin medical license
• Board certification in Pediatrics
• Current PALS and NRP certifications
• Strong clinical skills in pediatrics and willingness to support delivery/c-Section coverage
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
