Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $148.98

What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services to diverse patient populations across all ages, with a focus on geriatrics and patients with multiple comorbidities like diabetes and heart disease
• Support routine clinic procedures within a busy primary care setting using Epic EMR
• Participate in patient triage during business hours (no call required)
• Manage a caseload averaging 18-22 patients per day
• Support a collaborative team in delivering quality, patient-centered care
• Follow clinical protocols and documentation standards

What You Need

• Required:
  • MD/DO license in Wisconsin (IMLC/compact accepted)
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • BLS certification
• Preferred:
  • ACLS certification
  • Experience working in a primary care clinic, particularly with complex patient populations
