Quick Facts Location: 1700 Tuttle Street, Baraboo, WI 53913 Start Date: 10/05/2026 End Date: 04/05/2027 Shift: Day shifts, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible during interview) Hours per Week: 40-45 hours Employment Type: Contract (26 weeks) License/Certs: Active Wisconsin medical license, IMLC/IMLC accepted; BLS required, ACLS preferred Experience: Prior primary care or residency clinic experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $148.98/hour Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and accommodations Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team during your assignment What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services to all age groups, with a focus on geriatrics and patients with multiple comorbidities such as diabetes and heart disease Support staff: 1:1 ratio with clinical MA, LPN, or RN Manage an average of 18-22 patients per day in a primary care clinic setting Conduct standard procedures and chronic disease management Participate in patient triage during business hours and contribute to team efforts for quality care Use Epic EMR for documentation and records What You Need Active Wisconsin medical license and IMLC/IMLC endorsement Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Experience with managing multi-morbidity and geriatric populations (preferred) About the Assignment Join a well-respected primary care clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services in Baraboo, WI.
