Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $148.98 per hour

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a family medicine environment
• Support medical procedures including circumcisions and attend deliveries/c-sections during calls
• Manage a patient panel of 15-20 children per day
• Collaborate with a dedicated team, including clinical support staff
• Support 24/7 hospital coverage during scheduled call shifts
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Respond to pediatric emergencies, including sick kids and deliveries
• Support hospital and clinic duties as required

What You Need

• Valid WI Medical License
• Board Certification in Pediatrics
• PALS and NRP certifications
• Minimum TBD years of clinical pediatric experience
• Strong procedural skills including circumcisions
• Ability to work flexible hours including 24-hour call shifts
