Quick Facts Location: 1700 Tuttle Street, Baraboo, WI 53913 Start Date: 11/22/2026 Scheduled End Date: 05/23/2027 Shift: 8-hour Day shifts (08:30 - 16:30) plus 24-hour call shifts (7 am - 7 am) Schedule: Multiple weeks including Nov 22-27, Dec 17-22, 28-31, 2026, and ongoing at selected intervals in 2027 Hours/Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Active WI Medical License, Board Certified in Pediatrics, BLS, PALS, NRP Experience: Minimum TBD Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $148.98 per hour Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide outpatient pediatric care in a family medicine environment Support medical procedures including circumcisions and attend deliveries/c-sections during calls Manage a patient panel of 15-20 children per day Collaborate with a dedicated team, including clinical support staff Support 24/7 hospital coverage during scheduled call shifts Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management Respond to pediatric emergencies, including sick kids and deliveries Support hospital and clinic duties as required What You Need Valid WI Medical License Board Certification in Pediatrics PALS and NRP certifications Minimum TBD years of clinical pediatric experience Strong procedural skills including circumcisions Ability to work flexible hours including 24-hour call shifts About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Baraboo, Wisconsin, providing pediatric care within a supportive family medicine department.
