We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) to join our team! Join Alston Solutions Support Services and be part of a passionate team dedicated to building long-term wellness by developing and re-developing human potential. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across individual, family, and group settings—helping clients and communities create healthier futures. Our service array includes Individual Counseling, Family & Marriage Counseling, Addiction Counseling, Grief Counseling, Peer Support, and evidence-based Group Therapy within our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient (SAIOP) and Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient (SACOT) programs. Whether you are a licensed counselor, social worker, marriage & family therapist, psychologist, or addiction specialist, you’ll join a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where clinical excellence, cultural humility, and measurable outcomes drive meaningful change. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough assessments, psychosocial histories, and diagnostic formulation.
• Deliver evidence-based relational therapies (e.g., EFT, structural, solution-focused).
• Create and track treatment goals focused on relational functioning and interpersonal skills.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals; document clinical work per standards.
• Consult with other providers and participate in case reviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; provide psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, etc.).
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, referral sources, and community resources.
• Participate in supervision, case consultation, and quality-improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
