You will not simply manage communication. You will shape the client journey, handle intake conversations, deepen school relationships, and serve as a senior ambassador of The Ladder Method brand. About The Role Client Services Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Client Services team on the full client lifecycle — from prospective family intake through ongoing partnership and school collaboration. You Will Handle intake conversations with sophistication and discernment Assess student needs and confidently articulate our executive‑functioning curriculum Translate complex learning challenges into clear, actionable service recommendations Build trust with high‑expectation families Help strengthen relationships with school counselors, administrators, and educational partners This role requires both emotional intelligence and intellectual fluency. You must be comfortable discussing ADHD, executive functioning frameworks, academic strategy, and coaching methodology with credibility and clarity.
