Senior Product Designer

This is a high-ownership role where your design decisions will directly contribute to customer value, product growth, and team excellence. \n Accountabilities: As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design strategy and execution for key product experiences while helping elevate design practices across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions, leverage AI-driven workflows, and improve the overall product experience. Design intuitive, explainable, and user-focused experiences that integrate automation, contextual intelligence, and AI-powered capabilities. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to understand technical possibilities and translate them into effective user experiences. Lead design initiatives across multiple product surfaces, ensuring consistency, usability, and a high standard of quality. Define interaction models that balance automation with transparency, trust, and user control. Use AI tools extensively for ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and design iteration to improve speed and quality. Partner with product and engineering teams to identify user needs, analyze behaviors, and develop solutions based on research and data insights. Create and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design patterns using modern design tools. Prototype, test, and refine experiences through user feedback, experimentation, and performance analysis. Advocate for users through interviews, usability testing, analytics, and continuous discovery. Collaborate with other designers to provide feedback, share best practices, and strengthen the overall quality of product experiences. Support design quality throughout the development lifecycle, including design reviews and final product validation. Contribute to improving product development processes and creating more efficient ways of working across teams. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a highly experienced product designer who combines strong UX fundamentals with an AI-first mindset. You should have experience designing complex digital products, influencing teams, and delivering measurable business and user impact. 6+ years of experience designing and launching complex web-based products driven by customer insights and data. Strong experience designing AI-powered experiences, including conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, automation workflows, or generative AI applications. Daily experience using AI tools, LLM-based workflows, AI-assisted prototyping tools, or similar technologies to improve design processes. Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply strong product judgment to determine the right solutions. Proven ability to translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into polished product experiences. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities. Strong understanding of experimentation, user research, prototyping, and validation methodologies. Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components in tools such as Figma. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders. Strong storytelling abilities and attention to detail, including experience with UX writing and interaction design. Ability to think strategically across user journeys, product ecosystems, and multiple platforms. Experience designing browser extensions, mobile applications, or high-frequency user experiences is a plus. A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful product design work, interaction quality, and problem-solving approach.
