You interact with customers to ensure that their HVAC and plumbing issues are correctly identified and that the appropriate services and technicians are scheduled and dispatched. When issues and concerns come up, you professionally and patiently handle them, finding various resolutions and answering questions. You inform clients of their services, help technicians as needed, and keep your workspace clean. You also maintain our client database, so we always have current information and records. You feel great about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER18+ years oldExceptional computer skillsValid driver's licenseDispatching and customer service experience is preferred but not required. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you manage your time well and effectively prioritize tasks? Do you present yourself professionally?
