Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and various health conditions, tailoring treatments to their unique needs.
• Establish comprehensive treatment plans that leverage a mix of evidence-based practices including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and advanced therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize advanced tools and techniques such as therapeutic ultrasound and electrical stimulation, ensuring a holistic approach to pain management and rehabilitation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as responses evolve over time.
• Engage in regular re-evaluations to redefine therapeutic goals, adapting treatment plans based on the latest patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Provide education and training for patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, assistive devices, and pain management techniques, fostering greater community awareness of health practices.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, as well as a valid state license to practice.

Compensation and Benefits
