Accounting Clerk
Hamilton Connections is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk for a local manufacturing co in New Britain. Hours: 8am-4:30pm M-F. Pay DOE $18.00 +.
Job Responsibilities:
- Entering accounts payables in system
- Review purchase requisitions ensuring accuracy of vendor codes, unit price, account details
- Process purchase orders
- Review/Run daily reports for shipping dept
- Invoicing
- Data Entry
Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Functional capability with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work with others
- Must pass a pre employment DT and background check
