Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, identifying concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses, and establishing individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Respond to acute mental health crises with effective crisis intervention strategies, ensuring clients receive immediate support as needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client records by accurately documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive therapeutic care for each client.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensing as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
