Organizational Change Management Lead

To support successful implementation and long-term sustainability of the PMIS solution, the full-time remote Organizational Change Management Lead will plan, coordinate, and execute change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities while partnering with project leadership and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Change Management Plan and Tactical Action Plan (TAP), including stakeholder engagement strategies and adoption roadmaps Identify and manage stakeholder groups affected by the transformation, facilitating meetings and building organizational support Oversee the development and execution of project communication strategies and training curricula to ensure user readiness and adoption Required Qualifications Proven experience in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement Strong background in developing communication plans and training programs Experience with project management methodologies and governance Ability to conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact assessments Familiarity with PMIS solutions and related technologies is preferred
