About the Role
A growing company in the fragrance industry is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator/Receptionist to support daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their administrative career who enjoys a professional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide front desk reception and visitor support
- Handle general office administration and clerical tasks
- Restock office supplies and maintain common areas
- Manage shipping, receiving, and package distribution
- Assist with new hire onboarding and HR-related tasks
- Provide administrative support to various teams as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-service-oriented demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
