Must have 4‑5 years’ experience in the correct kind of payroll, ideally with implementation experience. Dual role with 75% of the time focused on projects and 25% on analytical work. Responsibilities Lead the main Workday implementation project for Payroll & AON outsource, including data collation, testing, and ensuring the team meets deadlines. Assist with the W2 year‑end season work. Collaborate with the project team, provide project coordination, and drive project milestones. Perform analytical tasks related to payroll processes. Qualifications 4‑5 years’ experience in U.S. payroll (implementation of Workday/ADP). Advanced Excel experience. Experience with W2 reporting. Project experience within payroll departments, preferably in mid‑size to large organizations. Comfortable with testing in Workday. Ability to work independently and adapt to change. Desired Skills Experience in both Workday and ADP implementations (at least one required). Strong project management skills. Accountability and confidence in project delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
