Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses, ensuring a tailored approach to each patient's needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that prioritize their unique challenges and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions including but not limited to solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to support clients in achieving their treatment objectives.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals within Walmart Health & Wellness to foster an integrated, holistic approach to patient care.

• Systematically monitor treatment responses, either in-person or virtually, providing regular updates on patient progress toward established goals.

• Assist in psychotropic medication management by coordinating with medical providers, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating the overall effectiveness of treatments.
