Executive Assistant to Founder

About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to work directly alongside a founder operating across fashion, beauty, content, events, and global business projects. This is not a traditional assistant role. This is an opportunity to have a front-row seat inside a fast-moving, creative, entrepreneurial environment where no two days look the same. You will work closely with the founder across multiple brands and projects — supporting everything from executive operations and presentations to content creation, events, creative brainstorming, and day-to-day execution. The ideal person for this role is resourceful, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and excited by the idea of helping build, organize, and scale within a dynamic and evolving environment. About the Founder The founder has spent over 25 years building fashion brands sold through major retailers including Nordstrom and Anthropologie, while also leading a fast-growing global beauty business and team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the worlds of fashion, beauty, branding, entrepreneurship, content creation, events, and business operations — while working directly alongside a founder managing multiple brands, creative projects, and a global team. You’ll have a front-row seat to how ideas are developed, brands are built, teams are led, and businesses are scaled in a fast-moving and highly creative environment. What You’ll Own Executive + Administrative Support Manage calendar, scheduling, appointments, and travel logistics Assist with email management and communication support Prepare presentations, slides, training materials, and formatting Organize meetings, priorities, follow-ups, and workflows Assist with research, project coordination, and operational organization Help manage team communication and recognition announcements Content + Creative Support Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots, events, travel, and day-to-day business activities Assist with Instagram/Reels content and creative brainstorming Create Canva flyers and simple visual assets Organize content, files, footage, and creative materials Help bring ideas, launches, and creative projects to life Brand + Event Support Assist with pop-ups, events, launches, trainings, and activations Support fashion shoots, campaigns, and creative projects Help coordinate schedules, logistics, materials, and execution Assist with sample tagging, showroom prep, and organization when needed Research creative ideas, trends, locations, and business concepts Personal + Lifestyle Assistance Assist with day-to-day logistics and scheduling Run occasional errands and help streamline workflow Support a fast-moving founder across both business and personal operations when needed What We’re Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented Positive attitude with good energy and professionalism Calm under pressure and adaptable in fast-paced environments Tech-savy (Google Docs, Canva, Instagram, ChatGPT, etc.) Strong communication and follow-through Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Based in Los Angeles Open to occasional travel and event support when needed Interest in fashion, beauty, branding, entrepreneurship, and content creation is a plus Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to improve workflows is a plus Logistics Full-time position based in Los Angeles Hybrid schedule with a primarily in-person work environment and up to 2 remote days per week depending on workflow and business needs Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications Benefits include paid vacation/PTO, medical and dental benefits, and 401(k) eligibility Start date: As soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr GREYLIN
