Help Desk Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To provide exceptional technical support, the full-time Tier 2 Help Desk Coordinator will manage network and device troubleshooting, escalate support tickets as necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely. Key responsibilities Address and resolve network, device, and equipment issues effectively Assess and escalate Tier I support tickets to Tier III when needed Conduct remote troubleshooting for network-related problems and manage device connectivity Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Over 2 years of customer service experience More than 1 year of technical support experience Familiarity with Ruckus, Juniper, and Cambium Access Points Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
