You will enjoy a flexible work schedule, typically Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the potential for adjusted hours based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments leveraging evidence-based practices and innovative solution-focused interventions to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven treatment modalities.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive care for each patient.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of care and share best practices among colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
