Standort: Hamburg nahezu 100 % Remote mglich (Wohnsitz in Deutschland erforderlich).

Unser Kernprodukt AlphaController steuert alle Arbeitsprozesse im Autohaus von der Fahrzeugbewertung bis zum Verkauf. Zu unseren Kunden zhlen Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Porsche und Audi. Seit 2024 sind wir Teil von CarOnSale, dem KI-gesttzten Betriebssystem fr den B2B-Gebrauchtwagenhandel in Europa.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du steuerst die Einfhrung des AlphaControllers bei neuen Kunden, vom Kick-off bis zum Live-Gang
- Du richtest das Produkt so ein, dass es zu den Prozessen des jeweiligen Autohauses passt
- Du leitest Workshops und Schulungen fr die Teams, die knftig tglich damit arbeiten
- Du hltst Termine, Fristen und Abstimmungen zwischen Kunde und Alpha Online zusammen
- Du gibst Anforderungen und Fehlermeldungen als Tickets in Jira an die Entwicklung weiter
- Du dokumentierst die Onboarding-Phase in unseren Systemen
Du startest mit einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase direkt bei der Geschftsfhrung und lernst Produkt, Kunden und Markt von innen kennen. Danach entscheiden wir gemeinsam, ob dein Schwerpunkt im Kunden-Onboarding oder im Customer Success liegt.
Was du mitbringst
- Deutsch auf C2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an komplexen Softwareprodukten und die Bereitschaft, dich tief einzuarbeiten
- Lust auf direkten Kundenkontakt, am Telefon, im Video-Call und vor Ort im Autohaus
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise: du behltst mehrere Projekte parallel im Blick
- IT-Affinitt im Alltag: Webanwendungen, Microsoft 365 und Slack sind fr dich Routine
Von Vorteil
- Erste Berhrungspunkte mit Projektarbeit oder Kundenkontakt, ob aus Praktikum, Werkstudentenjob oder Ausbildung
- Erfahrung aus dem Automobilhandel oder dem Autohaus-Alltag
- KI-affine Arbeitsweise: du nutzt Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Copilot aktiv im Arbeitsalltag
- Erfahrung mit Jira, Salesforce oder vergleichbaren Tools
