Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing, employee-owned organization to hire an HRIS Manager to lead and optimize its HR technology environment. This individual contributor role will blend hands-on system ownership with strategic partnership as the organization continues to grow.

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing, employee-owned organization to hire an HRIS Manager to lead and optimize its HR technology environment. This individual contributor role will blend hands-on system ownership with strategic partnership as the organization continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for HR systems
- Optimize HRIS workflows, data integrity, reporting, and user experience
- Develop HR technology roadmaps and identify process improvements
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners on system needs
- Lead system enhancements, integrations, testing, and vendor transitions
- Support the transition of applicant tracking functionality into the HRIS
- Create reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making
- Monitor support requests and troubleshoot system and data issues
- 5+ years of HRIS administration or HR technology experience
- Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Experience with implementations, integrations, or system migrations preferred
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs and recommend solutions
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and project needs
- Paycom experience is a plus
- SharePoint, Power BI, or Power Automate experience is helpful
