Carry out a range of laboratory tests in various disciplineschemistry, hematology, and immunology, among othersfollowing strict protocols.

Ensure the accuracy of results by analyzing test outcomes and tackling any issues, while maintaining and calibrating laboratory instruments.

Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.

Meticulously document all procedures, provide training to new team members, and uphold laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a safe and sterile workspace by following regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related field, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.

Maintain the requisite certification throughout your tenure with us.

Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork capabilities to work effectively within healthcare teams.

Exhibit independent judgment and problem-solving skills in both fast-paced and stressful scenarios.
