Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Nutrafol products within the designated territory of KS/MO/IA/NE. This position involves implementing strategic initiatives to enhance sales and market share while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Nutrafol products to potential prospects within the territory.
- Implement strategic initiatives and sales activities to increase sales and market share.
- Provide customer-centric support, enhancing practice growth through education and follow-up.
- Coordinate and conduct physician training programs and in-services.
- Maintain professional communications with leadership, coworkers, and accounts.
- Participate in sales meetings and manage expenses responsibly.
- Build relationships to drive commitment and account growth.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 6 years of proven field sales experience.
- Experience in medical, surgical, or pharmacologic sales preferred.
- Strong business acumen and market opportunity recognition.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical character.
- Solution-oriented and collaborative team member.
