Real Estate Accountant

SVA is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Real Estate team in Madison, WI. You will work with the in-charge on audits, reviews, and compilations, prepare financial statements, and develop expertise in LIHTC and affordable housing regulations. You will engage in tax work, client interactions, and mentoring opportunities, with a typical 55 hours/week during busy season and 40–45 hours/week otherwise.
