This full-time role offers the flexibility of working remotely, while contributing to our outpatient services based in Paterson, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address various issues including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Ensuring comprehensive assessments and treatment plans are developed in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to enhance clinical practices and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on helping a diverse range of clients, including adults and children, as well as families dealing with various challenges. This population includes:

• Individuals coping with life transitions, including separation and divorce.
\n
• Families dealing with blended family dynamics.
\n
• Clients facing job-related stress and other medical issues that affect mental well-being.

• Couples experiencing relationship conflicts.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
