Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions via telehealth, providing personalized treatment plans in alignment with best practices.

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring timely and accurate completion of progress notes that reflect treatment goals and changes in behavior.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis management support, including identifying and addressing signs of distress or aggression in patients.

• Facilitate orientation sessions for new patients and their families, ensuring they are familiar with our programs and their treatment journey.

• Advocate for patients' needs, linking them with appropriate community resources to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the DSM-5 for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Utilize electronic health record systems proficiently to manage patient information and support billing processes.

• Work autonomously while also contributing to team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active license as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years’ post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Experience working with individuals, couples, and families with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
