Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and proficient in managing all aspects of day-to-day accounting in a fast-paced service business.

Responsibilities

•Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

•Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and collections.

•Monitor customer accounts and perform collections on past-due invoices in a professional and timely manner.

•Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate.

•Maintain accurate aging reports and assist in reducing outstanding receivables.

•Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.

•Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

•Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

•Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and year-end closing.

•Prepare monthly sales tax reports for outside accountants filing.

•Collections on overdue invoices

•Maintain customer and vendor records within accounting and operational software including receiving and requesting credentials from vendors and subs .

•Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

•Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

•Experience with Aspire Field Management software and ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.

•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

•Strong understanding of accounting principles.

•Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

•Strong communication oral and written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to quickly master new accounting, and or business management software.

Salary : $110k to $120K dependent on experience.

Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM
