Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care for a defined group of patients using the nursing process
- Monitor telemetry, vital signs, labs, and treatment responses; identify and escalate changes in patient status
- Administer medications and therapies per policy; ensure safe and effective delivery of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate medical, surgical, and cardiac care plans
- Educate patients and families, prepare for discharge, and coordinate ongoing care needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and infection control standards
- Support and supervise assigned nursing staff when applicable and appropriate

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care, telemetry, or step-down settings
- Ability to work nights (3x12 hours) and thrive in a fast-paced inpatient environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills
