Pay Rate $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help manage authorized access, verify credentials, and/or report unusual activity in a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, assistance requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while supporting security‑related protocols and communication procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for access control concerns, unsecured entry points, and/or other security‑related issues that may need attention. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age (for armed roles). Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical‑related field. Possess an armed guard card or license. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
