Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a paraprofessional supporting students in a dynamic educational setting near Littleton, CO. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact in special education classrooms, working closely with students who require individualized assistance. The contract runs from August 11th through May 21st, 2027, with multiple school sites and weekly hours ranging from 34 to 37.5.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of experience in special education (SPED) classrooms and have a strong preference for those with significant or severe caseload expertise. Flexibility is a must, as assignments may change during the school year to different age groups or buildings based on the needs of the district.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum one full year of SPED classroom experience required
• Demonstrated background with significant/severe caseloads strongly preferred
• Willingness to assist with toileting and diapering needs as needed
• Reliable personal transportation to report on time—public transit or ride shares are not considered reliable
• Ability to begin work at 7:40am (Elementary) or 8:00am (Middle/High)
• Must provide two completed professional RefAssured references upon application; submittals without references will not be considered
• Immediate fingerprinting required post-offer; any criminal history will preclude district acceptance
• Flexibility to be reassigned to varying schools and students, adapting to diverse classroom environments
