What Youll Do
In this role, the Bookkeeper will support both accounting operations and customer-facing processes:
- Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email, providing timely and professional service
- Post cash receipts, charges, and late fees accurately
- Assist with bids and related documentation
- Order, track, and organize products from multiple vendors
- Collect and maintain vendor invoices, ensuring proper organization and record-keeping
- Support daily administrative and accounting tasks that keep operations running smoothly
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a close-knit team
