SENIOR PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Yonkers Contracting Company is seeking a qualified Senior Payroll Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities Data entry for weekly union payroll Assist in the preparation of bi-weekly non-union payroll Audit payroll transactions to ensure all amounts and payment dates are accurate Assist in the preparation of quarterly returns (941 Federal, CT 941, NJ 927, NY 45) Answer payroll-related questions from employees Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field Knowledgeable on union agreements pertaining to wages, payroll regulations, tax codes, and labor laws Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintain confidentiality and integrity Compensation Medical and dental insurance 401(k) Student loan reimbursement and/or tuition reimbursement Vehicle stipend, toll reimbursement, gas card Yearly bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Yonkers ContractingVacancy posted 1 day ago
