Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic sessions with couples and families, addressing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to marital conflict, grief and loss, and blended family dynamics.

• Facilitate both individual and joint therapy sessions, dedicating time to understand the unique experiences and needs of each family member.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients through adjustments such as separation, divorce, job stress, and family communication barriers.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and challenges.

• Utilize telemedicine tools to provide virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with varying degrees of mobility or location constraints.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns. Your focus will include helping clients navigate alcohol abuse issues, physical or emotional trauma, family conflicts, and the complexities of blended families. By fostering a supportive environment, you will empower clients to address challenges and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
