Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to analyze clients' mental health status, establish accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique concerns.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices that align with the clients’ therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, assessing the situation swiftly and implementing appropriate strategies to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to create a holistic care experience for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health concepts, possible treatments, and resources available within the community; advocate for clients’ rights and needs as necessary.

• Commit to continuous professional development by staying informed on best practices, attending workshops, and pursuing relevant training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a varied clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Emphasizing a client-centered approach, your goal will be to foster a trusting environment where clients feel heard and supported. Through tailored therapy interventions, you will enhance clients’ coping strategies, emotional regulation, and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
