Position Title: Assembly Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 4:00pm Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! Assembly Responsibilities Assemble and test basic forms of electronic control products Package, label and prepare finished goods for shipment or stock Utilize assembly drawings and job tickets to manufacture quality products Use job tickets and assembly drawings build basic forms of electronic control products Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly Correctly record number of products tested or built on job tickets Utilize the ERP system to input job ticket data Run laminators, steel rule die, hole punch, power cutter, laser, and knife cutter Requirements for Assembly Good eye for small, detailed inspection Self-motivated, ambitious and energetic Production and manufacturing experience is a plus Able to be flexible to meet changing requirements Able to sit or stand for long periods of time Able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to use a ruler and caliper and read and interpret gauges Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good mechanical, math and reading abilities QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
