Position Overview: As a Bookkeeper at Ambassador Resources, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This position offers an attractive hourly rate and the potential for permanent placement.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, process payments, and track outstanding receivables.
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into our accounting systems.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize expenses to facilitate budgeting and financial analysis.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
