Schedule: Mon - Fri: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm, 1 hr lunch.

Compensation:

$22 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

You'll be the hub of the clinic , helping everything run smoothly while creating an exceptional patient experience.

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
• Coordinate patient appointments, managing schedules efficiently to optimize clinic operations.
• Communicate clearly with patients about their care plans, fostering trust and transparency.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient experiences and continuity of care.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy, providing timely and accurate information.
• Maintain patient records with precision, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, enhancing patient satisfaction and clinic flow.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role, ensuring patients feel valued and understood.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently, optimizing clinic operations.
• Proven track record of clear and empathetic communication, fostering trust with patients.
• Skill in collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Ability to handle patient inquiries with empathy, providing timely and accurate information.
• Experience maintaining patient records with precision, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Proficiency in facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes, enhancing patient satisfaction.
• Confidence is discussing insurance and payments with patients.
